Job Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure HR operational efficiency and deliver high-quality services.
* Manage staff data in accordance with Group Internal Control (GIC) standards.
* Compile employee trend analysis reports, including headcount statistics, turnover rates, and absenteeism metrics.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Process payroll for weekly paid employees.
* Coordinate payroll activities with external service providers.
* Provide support on pay-related matters to employees.
Employee Engagement and Communication:
* Enhance employee experience through HR initiatives that drive engagement and well-being.
* Maintain transparent and open communication channels.
* Implement organisational change effectively using design and change management strategies.
Operational Efficiency:
* Guarantee smooth operational practices for HR services.
* Partner with line managers to meet people needs and optimise departmental performance.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
* Attract and retain required site talents.
* Manage the recruitment process, including local talent acquisition plans.
Performance Development and Growth:
* Drive frequent talent management activities and diverse engagement programs.
* Manage annual performance development review processes for non-management grades.
Industrial Relations:
* Provide HR advisory services on disciplinary/grievance/ER issues.
* Proactively manage absenteeism in cooperation with line managers.
Project Delivery:
* Assist in delivering key transformation projects impacting site objectives.
* Drive bi-annual People Survey Road Map in conjunction with the HR Manager.
Communication:
* Responsible for policy harmonisation and compliance with local legislation and group regulations.
* Disseminate regular internal communications in coordination with group mandates.
Onboarding:
* Ensure employee orientation and onboarding programs are in place.
* Effectively follow-up and evaluate onboarding with new hires.
Requirements:
* 3+ Years relevant HR Generalist experience.
* Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
* Relevant Third Level qualification in a HR related discipline.
* Robust understanding and knowledge of employment law.
