MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - DAY SHIFT A leading manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their production team. This is a day-shift role with 12-hour rotations, offering a competitive salary, benefits, and long-term career opportunities. ABOUT THE COMPANY The company operates a modern manufacturing facility, supporting high-quality production processes. With a strong focus on operational efficiency and safety, they are expanding their maintenance team to ensure smooth production line performance. THE ROLE As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Carry out maintenance and repairs on production line machinery. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation faults. Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with production teams to maintain operational efficiency. THE PERSON The ideal candidate will have: A trade qualification in Fitting, Mechanical & Manufacturing (MAMF), or Electrical. Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. Strong fault-finding, mechanical, and electrical skills. A proactive, reliable, and safety-focused approach. Ability to work independently on a rotating 12-hour day shift (4 on / 4 off).
