Job Title: Trm Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply compensation and benefits principles, processes, and best practices to provide support for programs related to compensation and employee benefits.
* Conduct internal data audits to identify discrepancies in business title/legacy title mismatches, resource code audits, ad-hoc compensation and benefits audit processes, job code audits, etc.
* Provide support for external vendor activities such as new vendor implementation, vendor audits, vendor renewals, vendor market searches, contract negotiations, amendments, non-disclosure agreements, quarterly review of vendor access, onsite vendor personnel, etc.
* Assist with the annual review process by developing and testing program guidelines, reviewing proposed recommendations, analyzing pay recommendations for a workforce, etc.
* Seek knowledge on end-to-end compensation benchmarking processes including survey submission and analysis, functional review, survey mapping to job codes, title and/or salary range adjustments, and market pricing by role, etc.
* Conduct ad-hoc compensation and benefits analyses and FLSA studies to maintain parity among employees, including new hires and internal transfers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.
* Associate's degree and 4+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.
* High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, or related field.
* 3+ years of Compensation, Employer Benefits, Benefits Consulting, or related work experience.
* 3+ years of utilizing Compensation-related systems/tools.
Qualifications:
* Technical proficiency in relevant laws and regulations.
* Verbal and written communication skills to convey information.
* Basic negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
Working Conditions:
Works under supervision. Decision-making may affect work beyond immediate work group. Requires multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete tasks effectively.
