Job Specification: Project Manager - Open Banking Programme
Location: Dublin City Centre
Working Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Contract Length: 12 months
Rate: 600 per day

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major Open Banking programme. This role will work closely with the Programme Manager and will be responsible for managing one or more project workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of assigned projects/workstreams within the wider programme
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and RAID logs
Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and technical specialists
Support integration activities between third-party systems and internal banking platforms
Track project progress and report status, risks, and issues to the Programme Manager
Ensure adherence to governance, quality, and regulatory standards
Manage dependencies and escalations across teams
Support testing, deployment, and implementation activities
Required Experience & Skills
7-10+ years of project management experience
Background in banking or financial services
Strong experience delivering IT and system integration projects
Experience working with third-party vendors
Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and digital platforms
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Experience supporting Open Banking or API-led initiatives
Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
Desirable

Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, etc.)
