Comfort Keepers are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Admin to join our Recruitment team and play a pivotal role in building our workforce and achieving our vision.

As a Recruitment Admin, you'll collaborate with the recruitment team to oversee the entire recruitment process, ensure compliance with internal policies and HSE requirements, and help implement our strategic vision. You'll bring strong organisational skills, accountability, and a passion for excellence to lead process improvements and support our mission of continually providing top-tier homecare services in Ireland.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Be the first point of contact to all new candidates.
2. Take ownership of the carer recruitment process for designated offices, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
3. Monitor and report on KPIs, and drive improvements in recruitment efficiency.
4. Optimise recruitment workflows to minimize time-to-hire while maintaining compliance with HSE tender requirements and internal policies.
5. Assist in reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
6. Oversee compliance in training, Garda clearance, reference checks, and contract adherence.
7. Support new hire orientations and maintain training records to ensure all team members are set up for success.

Experience:

1. Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the home care sector.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and HR administrative software.
3. Proven ability to meet KPIs and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee legislation, and ATS systems.
