The role of Design Assurance Engineer is integral to the product development team, responsible for implementing and promoting best-in-class design assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include managing design changes, ensuring continued compliance with risk management and design control requirements, and supporting complaint investigations to uphold the safety and effectiveness of our devices.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in the medical device industry, with experience and knowledge in bringing products through regulated design control processes, including design verification and validation activities, through to regulatory submission and commercialisation.
Requirements include end-to-end design control experience, user requirements understanding, and the ability to translate this through design outputs and verification & validation. Additionally, flexibility and willingness to carry out tasks outside of routine responsibilities are essential.
