Job Description
We seek a highly skilled professional to administer our benefits programs, ensuring seamless employee experiences across EMEA and APAC regions.
* Manage the administration of all employee benefits programs, including vacation, holiday, time off, leave of absence, retirement plans, disability, group health coverage, vendor management, wellness initiatives, and life assurance.
* Support Tier 2 benefit inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
* Provide HRIS Administration in support of compensation & benefits programs.
* Assist with compensation benchmarking in EMEA and APAC.
Your Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with team members to build and document workflows and procedures for our benefits programs.
2. Develop and manage benefits communication calendar, including regular newsletters, educational campaigns, events, and Health Fairs (virtual or in-person).
3. Draft benefits communication, including forms, documents, company intranet updates, and company-wide communications.
4. Owning database management for employees, ensuring accurate data entry, integrity, and validation.
5. Project and program assistance for specialty benefit programs.
6. Review vendors and make recommendations on changes.
7. Execute Workday updates and reporting.
8. Support benefits inquiries from employees and vendors.
9. Maintain relationships with outside consultants/vendors for annual survey submissions, contract renewals, and data reporting.
10. Establish compensation ranges for new jobs being posted.
11. Conduct annual reviews of our compensation programs in EMEA & APAC.
12. Work cross-functionally to collect and report data across departments.
13. Assist HRIS Analyst with initiating business processes and bulk changes in HRIS, reviewing weekly and per-pay period integration results.
14. Communicate compensation/benefits updates or changes to employees.
15. Adhere to security protocols for various systems.
