As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and people interaction, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administration.
About the Role
As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will provide proactive, hands-on support to the People & Culture team who support over 600 team members across our 840-acre resort.
You will be a key point of contact for team members, help bring our people-led activities to life in an engaging way aligned to our values, and support smooth, accurate HR administration and reporting across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of People & Culture, you will work closely with leaders and team members across the estate to deliver a "beyond everything" team member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for people related queries, providing timely and helpful support.
Support delivery of people-led activities and team member engagement initiatives in line with our values.
Prepare HR reports and presentations to help measure the effectiveness of HR activity and company initiatives.
Assist with the implementation of the team welfare programme and related wellbeing initiatives.
Administer employee updates (leavers, amendments, and changes), maintaining accurate records on the HR database.
Create and distribute engaging internal updates and announcements.
Support employee relations activity, including drafting correspondence and taking notes in formal meetings.
Provide recruitment administration support, including managing enquiries and requesting/responding to references.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is people-focused, organised and solutions-driven, with the confidence to engage with team members at all levels.
This is a generalist HR role and would suit a dynamic, outgoing individual who enjoys variety and is happy to get stuck in.
You will thrive in this role if you have:
CIPD qualification in Human Resources (or working towards) – an advantage.
Experience in a similar HR coordination/administration role – an advantage but not required.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable preparing reports, presentations and updates for a range of audiences.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for people, culture and team member experience.
