This role is well suited to someone with strong accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a collaborative team.Key DutiesProcess supplier invoices accurately and on timeEnsure suppliers are paid in line with agreed payment termsReconcile supplier statements and resolve account queriesMaintain and update supplier account informationPrepare and process weekly and monthly payment runsProcess employee expense claimsComplete bank and credit card reconciliationsSupport month-end close activities and reconciliationsAssist with audits by providing required documentationLiaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issuesIdentify opportunities to improve accounts payable processesEnsure compliance with Irish VAT requirements and company policiesRequirementsPart-qualified or qualified Accounting Technician (preferred)3–5 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar finance roleExperience working in a high-volume finance environmentAbility to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a teamStrong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience using SAP or a similar ERP systemGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailBenefitsOur client offers an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment where employees are supported and valued.
