**Programme Implementation Lead Role Overview**
As a Programme Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of healthcare programmes in Ireland. You will work with an extended team of experts to make a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze the impact of digital technology projects on businesses, stakeholders, policies, and processes.

**Requirements:**
* Experience of leading major implementation programmes, specifically EHR or other similar size programmes.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
* Forward-looking with a holistic approach.
* Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
* Acutely aware of business acumen and challenges.
* Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
* Healthcare operations or clinical expertise.
