Join to apply for the Senior Content Marketing Manager, EMEA role at Clio. Clio is a global legal tech leader transforming legal experience for professionals and justice access. We are seeking a senior writer and editor to grow our international business via content marketing in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
* Develop and lead our International content strategy, collaborating with regional marketing teams.
* Establish and curate relevant thought leadership themes to inform messaging across campaigns.
* Own our content distribution strategy to maximise reach in key markets, leveraging law society and media partners.
* Manage a team of freelance writers, providing briefings, tone of voice, style guidelines, and competitive keyword research.
* Produce stories of Clio and customers through case studies, testimonials, and video success stories.
* Monitor performance and identify opportunities to update existing content and core site pages for search competitiveness.
* Work with digital strategy team and SEO agency to develop demand generation strategies based on search volume data and relevance to Clio’s brand.
* Continuously review and refresh keyword research within International, sharing findings with the wider team.
* Support PR strategy by enabling clear messaging, positioning, and timely content aligned with key themes and campaigns.
* Create go‑to‑market messaging aligned to funnel content, ensuring consistency across awareness, consideration, and conversion materials.
* Partner with EMEA growth marketing team to create content plans and engagement initiatives for core segments.
* Support product marketing team in localising and creating content for feature releases in the EMEA region.
* Support backlink strategy by promoting content and driving links.
Qualifications
* 5‑7+ years of experience writing and editing content.
* Strong understanding and experience in thought leadership, content marketing, and SEO keyword research.
* Proven editorial SEO experience, crafting content that ranks and converts.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WordPress.
* Analytical skills to dig into website data and track content performance.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Experience editing freelance writers and preparing detailed content briefs.
* Drive to create and workshop ideas into eye‑grabbing copy and willingness to use AI to improve craft.
* Ability to quickly get up to speed on niche industries (legal).
* Degree in professional writing, communications, journalism, or English.
* Ability to work independently and be proactive, organized, and collaborative.
Bonus Points
* Experience with B2B SaaS tech.
* Experience in the legal industry.

Competitive, equitable salary (€71,000 to €96,000 EUR) with top‑tier health and dental benefits, flexible time off, pension contribution, hybrid work environment (minimum 2 days in office), and 3/5/7/10‑year Clioversary recognition. Pay range may vary by location.
