Our client is now seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join their team and help the business achieve their goals as they begin to scale the business.
Location:
Hybrid (Limerick HQ) transitioning to Remote after probation.
Remote-first role with twice-monthly office days in Limerick, this role is ideally suited to somebody living in Dublin due to the nature of the role.

Job Description:
As Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing customers, onboarding new clients, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success and satisfaction.
You will be the primary point of contact for their clients, helping them to achieve their business objectives and maximise the value they receive from the company's technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue.
Work with Marketing to nurture leads and prospects.
Manage client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any issues that arise.
Client Onboarding:
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our technology.
Conduct training sessions and provide resources to help clients get started.
Ongoing Support:
Provide proactive support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
Monitor client usage and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Client Success and Retention:
Develop and execute strategies to ensure client success and retention.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess their progress and gather feedback.
Advocate for clients within the company, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
Experience working in SaaS is desirable.
Experience in real estate/property market is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
Must have full Irish driving licence and own transport.
