This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity focused on major civils frameworks supporting the delivery of power, fibre, water, and gas infrastructure under the National Development Plan.The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing commercial operations across multi-site projects, ensuring robust cost control, accurate forecasting, and successful contract performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all commercial activities across assigned civil utility projects, from pre-construction to final accountPrepare and review CVRs, forecasts, and variation assessmentsManage subcontractor procurement, documentation, and payment cyclesMonitor project cash flow, profit margins, and risk exposureCollaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and clients to align commercial goalsSupport bid teams with pricing, margin planning, and commercial risk analysisRequirementsDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in a QS role within utility civils, infrastructure, or frameworksStrong understanding of NEC or Irish public works contractsExcellent commercial reporting, negotiation, and risk management skillsProficiency in Excel; experience with cost reporting tools preferredKnowledge of trenching, ducting, reinstatement, and network build costsWhat's on OfferLong-term project pipeline under secured national infrastructure programmesCareer progression in a high-performing, delivery-focused teamOpportunity to shape commercial outcomes on critical infrastructureTo apply or request a confidential discussion, contact Ben Littlewood at Experis or apply directly.
