The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Senior Executive PA provide direct, high-level support to a Director and Senior Sales Adviser. This is a senior, full-time, in-office role for a professional with a proven background in financial services administration, and client engagment who enjoys being the calm, reliable hub that keeps client work moving.
What You'll Do
* Calendar management & co-ordinating engagements – Keep the Director's schedule sharp and client-facing, with proactive planning and smart prioritisation.
* Client communication & engagement – Own day-to-day client contact, progress updates, and follow-through to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
* Policy administration & compliance co-ordination – Manage application packs, underwriting queries, and regulatory steps through the existing administrative teams so the Director can focus on clients engagement.
* CRM stewardship & reporting – Maintain accurate records across CRM and platforms, track pipelines, and support sales activity with timely, usable data.
* Report preparation & suitability support – Produce clear, well-structured reports on policy performance and ongoing suitability for clients and the Director.
* Internal co-ordination – Act as the information hub with our operations, compliance, and adviser teams to keep momentum and remove bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) – essential.
* 10+ years' experience in a financial advisory, brokerage, or life/pensions administration role.
* Proven background across life, pensions, and investment administration (essential).
* Familiarity with self-administered pensions and group schemes (advantage).
* Strong working knowledge of AML, GDPR, and CPC frameworks.
* Proficiency with BIS, CRM systems, and life company portals (e.g., Zurich, Irish Life, Aviva, New Ireland).
Skills & Attributes
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Senior-level PA capability supporting Directors/Advisers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; confident and professional.
* Anticipates needs; acts proactively with minimal supervision.
* High accuracy and attention to detail under time pressure.
* Collaborative, positive, and client-focused.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing deadlines.
