The studio is based in
Charleville
and delivers a mix of residential and commercial projects with an emphasis on technical quality and coordinated delivery.
You will join an established in house team of architects and technologists in a collaborative studio setting.
The Role
Produce high quality technical drawings, specifications and coordinated models from early design through planning tender and construction.
Lead Revit based documentation and model management ensuring accuracy and consistency across work stages.
Coordinate with structural MEP and fire consultants and manage information flow and approvals.
Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and planning permissions and support quality assurance reviews.
Attend site as required and respond to contractor queries with clear technical guidance.
Contribute to internal standards templates and mentoring of junior team members.
About You
Registered Architectural Technologist in Ireland or eligible for registration with the RIAI Architectural Technologist Register.
Proven Revit proficiency with experience delivering medium or large scale projects in a practice environment.
Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations detailing and specification writing.
Confident communicator who can collaborate with consultants, contractors and clients.
Organised proactive and comfortable working to agreed deadlines while maintaining technical quality.
A portfolio that demonstrates clear buildable detailing and coordinated documentation.
