Our client is a well-established Construction Contractor who is currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This role will suit a candidate with 5–10 years' experience and will be based across projects in Dublin/ Meath. Job Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics (Required)5–10 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry Proven experience managing the full commercial lifecycle of construction projects Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting Experience preparing and negotiating subcontractor packages Ability to manage valuations, variations, and final accounts Excellent contractual knowledge Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a senior project team Proficiency in MS Excel and commercial software packages Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Some flexibility required, as working hours may vary to meet project deadlines Salary: Competitive – DOE (Depending on Experience) This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
