Our client, a precision engineering company in Louth are looking for aMaintenance Engineerto join their team.The successful candidate will support, manage and improve plant maintenance program, in order to ensure safe, timely and efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment.Responsiblities include but are not limited to:Maintain all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient operations.Ensure that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed.Manage maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling and work allocation to ensure measurable goals, proper workload distribution, goal satisfaction.Monitor and continually improve maintenance processes and maintenance personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of efficiency.Coordinate with operational functions to identify potential inefficiencies or obsolete processes and/or technologies.Produce detailed cost analysis on new opportunities in line with business processes.Continually seek to drive improvements in equipment efficiencies and operational performance.
