Daffodil Care Services are currently recruiting Social Care professionals for a Social Care Worker position in our mainstream residential care service based in New Ross, Co. Wexford.

As part of this new team, working alongside the Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders, you will provide high-quality social care in a safe, caring, and stabilizing environment for vulnerable young people aged 12-17. You will be involved in delivering personalized daily activities within the residential setting. This role is ideal for energetic, creative, and versatile social care professionals passionate about working with youth.
What we offer:
Competitive salary for full-time Social Care Workers: €39,567 - €42,895 (dependent on experience), including sleeping time and premiums.
Incremental salary scale and typical schedule of 2 sleepover shifts per week.

Qualifications & experience:
Applicants with social care qualifications at Level 7 or 8 (Ireland or international) are encouraged to apply, including degrees or professional qualifications in psychology, psychotherapy, counselling, addiction counselling, youth and community work, social sciences, family support, teaching, nursing, disability studies, early years care, applied policing, or custodial care.
Alternatively, eligibility to register with CORU as a social care worker is required.
Mandatory requirement: A full Irish driver's license.
