As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their established team on a permanent basis. The Role Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a central role in supporting customers and ensuring efficient order processing and query resolution. Responsibilities will include: Processing customer orders received via phone and email Managing customer service queries and providing timely updates Contacting customers to clarify order details where required Preparing documentation for returns and replacements Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate order completion Maintaining high standards of administration and reporting What We Are Looking For 1+ years experience in a customer service or order processing role Strong technical customer-facing experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic Please note: The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive team environment. The role will be fully onsite for the first 6 months, allowing you to embed into the business and build strong working relationships. After this period, a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home will apply.
