Polish Account Executive
Our client, a fast-growing and innovative SaaS company, is looking for a Polish speaking Account Executive to join their expanding sales team in Dublin. About the Role
As an Account Executive, you'll own every stage of the sales cycle — from qualification and product demo to negotiation and close — with a high level of autonomy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple opportunities, working with senior decision-makers, and consistently exceeding targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process from first contact to closing new business.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline, with a long-term strategy for sustainable growth.
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers in ecommerce, D2C, and retail brands.
- Support colleagues, share learnings, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Contribute to onboarding and supporting new team members as you grow.
Your Profile
- Languages: Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written). German would be an advantage
- Experience: 2+ years carrying a net-new revenue quota in a B2B SaaS or Martech environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging with C-level and marketing personas.
- Sales Execution: Skilled at managing high-volume pipelines, accurately forecasting, and consistently closing deals.
- Growth Mindset: Resilient, motivated, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Team-Oriented: Thoughtful, proactive, and a strong communicator.
- Work Authorisation: Full right to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid permit required).
