We are currently accepting CVs for the role of Service Manager in their new Community Service based in Blackrock.
Successful candidate will be employed on a full time basis (37 hours per week) and manage a new community based service.
As Service Manager, you will be the
Person in Charge (PIC)
for HIQA purposes, leading day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent outcomes for the people our client supports.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day service delivery
Ensure compliance with HIQA, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
Recruit, develop, and support multidisciplinary teams
Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning
Promote community inclusion and continuous service improvement
Essential Requirements
Third-level or relevant professional qualification
Minimum 3 years' management experience in disability, social care, or healthcare
Strong knowledge of HIQA and safeguarding
Experience leading teams and managing budgets
Excellent communication and IT skills
Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland
Desirable
Experience in new service development
Knowledge of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act ****
