Product Growth Specialist
As a key member of our team, the Product Growth Specialist plays a vital role in driving product adoption and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
* Onboard new customers to ensure they get the most from our leading SaaS platform.
* Help define and optimize the customer journey with a technical aptitude/hunger for understanding our product.
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience in customer success, relationship management or account management, preferably in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
* Able to build and maintain relationships while working to migrate churn and drive engagement and renewals.
