As a key player in the industry, we are committed to fostering innovation, excellence, and sustainability in everything we do.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for modular building projects across Munster.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery of capital projects safely, on budget and to schedulePlan, execute and track the progress of projects through the design phases from inception to handoverEnsure key deliverables as per client standards are adhered toPropose options and effectively communicate to Management/Client/StakeholdersEstablish project objectives in line with project requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achievedPut robust plans and strategies in place to manage the project lifespanCommunicate project issues to the team and follow-up with the right skill sets to put best solutions in place on time and within budgetProvide direction and vision to the project teamAbility to resource and link the right skillset on projectsBuild effective communication between the team, clients and stakeholdersReporting to management on project/schedule/cost issuesEnsure adherence to the client's quality and engineering standardsDevelop & implement appropriate project execution strategyMonitor compliance to applicable practices policies, and specificationsPerform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance)Skills And Experience3-5 years project experienceAcademically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industryExperience working on modular building projects is an advantageBenefitsCompany VehiclePensionCompany PhoneCompany LaptopContact InformationTo apply, please send your resume and cover letter to our Recruitment Department at.Conack is an equal opportunity employer.
