From prop hire and bespoke creative builds, to full-scale event management and digital/social media campaigns, we work with some of the most exciting names in Ireland across agencies, brands, shopping centres, hotels, PR and event companies, photographers and film studios.
We're looking for an experienced, confident, hands-on Event Manager who thrives on taking full ownership, leading teams, and being right at the centre of the action. If you love being the person who keeps everything moving smoothly while keeping energy high and clients happy this role is for you.
The Role (In a Nutshell) - PART TIME / EVENT BASIS
This is for someone who can lead from the front someone who can plan, coordinate and deliver events while also managing teams onsite and supporting event promotion through business-focused social media. You'll be the person ensuring the staff show up, are ready, the event runs like clockwork, the client feels looked after, and the public experiences something brilliant.
What You'll Be Responsible For :
* Planning and delivering events from start to finish across multiple clients and locations
Leading onsite event teams, ensuring staff are:
* fully briefed
* in uniform
* arrived and checked in on time
* motivated and performing at their best
* Keeping energy, flow, safety and timing on track, even when things get busy
* Managing expectations confidently with clients, venues, staff, and the public
* Coordinating suppliers, stakeholders and logistics to make sure every detail is covered
* Supporting event visibility through social media management for brands/businesses (not personal blogging)
* Building strong relationships with clients and the public through excellent communication and social confidence
* Being flexible and available for event schedules including evenings/weekends when required
Transport & Driving Requirements
You must be able to travel to event sites nationwide, so:
* A full driving licence + access to your own vehicle is essential
OR
* Be comfortable driving a company box truck (if so, you must be over 25 for insurance purposes)
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years' experience in event management (essential)
* Confident in onsite field management and problem-solving in real time
* Strong people skills able to lead teams and communicate professionally with clients
* Proven experience running social media in a business setting
* Organised, adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple moving parts
* A natural motivator who can keep teams positive, sharp, and energetic on event days
* Passion for events and creating unforgettable experiences
