We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
About the Role:
The Retail Store Operations Leader will be responsible for:
* Managing all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff, customer service, security, health and safety, stock management, and resource allocation.
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed performance targets.
* Recruiting, training, coaching, and managing staff in line with company policies and procedures.
* Managing cash, wage costs, budgets, and systems administration.
* Driving excellent visual merchandising to engage and inspire customers.
* Ensuring overall health and safety in store.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 years of management experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or store manager role.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management, and leadership skills.
* Experience in visual merchandising.
* Strong product knowledge.
