Join The STS Group as a Commercial Administrator (Part-time). Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator looking to make an impact in the construction and M&E sector? You’ll thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.
The role can be based at the Head Office in Waterford City (near SETU) or in the Cork Office (Little Island). You will work onsite either 3 full days per week, or 5 half days.
Responsibilities
* Invoice Management - Raise and process invoices & credit notes via COINS (our financial software), liaising with clients, subcontractors and QS teams.
* Project & Contract Setup - Set up and maintain project details, manage approvals, and track progress.
* Commercial Support - Generate PO reports, update trackers, and support audit & compliance processes.
* Team Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep operations on track.
Qualifications
* Extensive administration experience, ideally in the construction sector, with exposure to invoicing and commercial activities.
* Knowledge of COINS (or similar financial/ERP software).
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
