An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Key Account Manager to join one of Ireland's leading FMCG businesses.

Role Purpose:
As a Key Account Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and be an integral part of a team focused on developing relationships with key multiple retailers and supporting the delivery of commercial plans.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and represent retailers' internal stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:

* Own the relationships with key accounts and drive promotional planning cycles internally for assigned accounts;
* Work closely with the NPD team to develop correct ranges and formats to deliver growth for respective customers;
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, collaborating with demand planning and production teams;
* Develop and support negotiation of Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with key retail and convenience customers;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and represent retailers' internal stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:

* 2-3 years of sales and customer management experience;
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
* A genuine passion for people, problem-solving, and driving results;
* Clear communication skills with strong persuasive and presentation capabilities;
