Food and Beverage Coordinator Job Opportunity
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong operational leadership background, with experience in supervising teams.
1. As the central hub of the Food & Beverage Division, the Coordinator will support the Director of F&B in driving seamless operations, consistent communication, and flawless execution across all outlets.
2. The Coordinator will serve as the primary link between the Director of F&B and all outlet managers, coordinating menu launches, specials, and promotional offerings across all outlets.
3. They will track Head of Departments' action points, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high operational standards.
4. The Coordinator will prepare pre-shift briefings and circulate VIP or guest information to relevant teams.
5. Support reservations and small group bookings, ensuring seamless guest service.
6. Maintain accurate records, digital filing, and reports for the F&B Division.
7. Provide operational support during peak periods or special events as needed.
8. Distribute departmental updates, memos, and task lists promptly and clearly.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Relevant third-level qualification or minimum 2 years' experience in a similar environment in a supervisory position.
* Strong operational leadership with hands-on experience.
* A guest-first mindset and passion for curating extraordinary experiences.
* Exceptional attention to detail, presentation, and communication skills.
* Sound commercial acumen and understanding of event trends and hospitality innovations.
