Job Title:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Kids at Play, a vibrant service providing childcare and play and social skills groups for children with additional needs.
The successful candidate will work part-time hours of 20 per week, supporting our daily operations and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service and Administrative Support
Provide assistance with customer inquiries, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records.
* File Management and Organization
Manage and organize files, documents, and databases to ensure efficient access and retrieval.
* Project Assistance and Day-to-Day Tasks
Support projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* General Support Activities
Perform various support activities across different sectors of the company, applying basic knowledge of computer tools and software.
