The candidate:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) with post‑qualified experience in a similar role.
* Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS or US GAAP experience.
* Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous but not essential.
* Proven ability to work independently in a start‑up or scaling environment.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
