Requirements

* Proven experience coordinating graduate or early careers programmes (minimum 3 years).

* Strong knowledge of graduate recruitment, development, and talent management strategies.

* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working with universities, managers, and industry bodies.

* Strong organisational & communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
