Role Description
* Identify and convert new business across Ireland's Communications Market,
* Sell tailored solutions to a varied client base.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate effectively to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
* Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client experience.
* Represent the business at networking events and industry forums.
* Consistently hit revenue targets and performance expectations.
* Keep your pipeline and activity fully updated through CRM and sales tool
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* 5 years + Business Development experience with a proven track record in new business development and account retention within the corporate business sectors.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in pricing strategy, margin optimisation, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
* Confident negotiator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop positive relationships.
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet client needs.
* Demonstrate a positive and 'can do' approach at all times.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Passion for excellent quality.
* Excellent IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
