Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting Operations/General Manager with team management
* Soliciting daily efficiency and superior guest service in food and beverage outlets
* Supervising team members, ensuring high standards are met
Additionally, you will:
* Familiarize yourself and team with product offerings and sales activity
* Upsell opportunities should be taken at all times
* Ensure efficient service of food and beverages, meeting company presentation standards
* Prepare restaurant, bar, and Food & Beverage outlets for service
* Conduct cash handling according to company policy
* Manage Stock Control
Requirements
To be successful as a Duty Manager, you will need:
* 2 years management experience
* Self-motivation
* Confidence in guest relations
