Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Butter Process Area Manager in Aurivo Dairy Ingredients.
This leadership role focuses on managing production schedules, ensuring efficiency and quality, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
This position represents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to work within one of Irelands leading Cooperatives Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and organize production schedules.
Manage the butter process on a day-to-day basis, including ingredient deliveries, product dispatch, and ingredient mixing.
Drive process efficiency to achieve budgeted plant performance targets.
Ensure product quality standards are consistently met.
Maintain health and safety compliance, including conducting risk assessments and implementing safe work practices.
Oversee daily staff management, including rostering, performance reviews, training, and effective communication.
Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards in the butter plant, product warehouse, and ingredient mixing areas.
Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute as an active member of the Site Management Team, supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall site performance Requirements : 3 rd Level Qualification in Food Science or related discipline 3 years experience ideally in a food manufacturing environment.
