About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team to deliver a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
* Lead, motivate, and train team members.
* Maintain excellent customer service, handling queries and resolving issues effectively.
* Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
* Support management in achieving daily goals.
Requirements:
* Barista Training at least 2 years.
* Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality role (supervisory experience required).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
