About the Role
This is a great chance for someone with strong administrative skills to develop their career in finance and gain valuable experience.
* Process purchase invoices and supplier reconciliations
* Support company vehicle fleet administration
* Process monthly employee expenses
* Assist with project certification tracking and invoicing
* Reconcile debtor accounts and support timely cash collection
* Support new supplier and subcontractor account setups, payments, and queries
* Provide general support across Finance, Purchasing, and QS teams
What We're Looking For
We need someone with:
* 2 years' experience in a finance or administrative role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
* Experience with purchase orders and invoice processing
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable
* Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
* Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Benefits
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a salary of €31,000 per annum. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (early finish at 4:30pm on Fridays), and the location is office-based in Cork.
