QA Lead – Data Centres – DublinOur client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organization, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced QA Lead join our team. This position will be based on-site in Dublin, Ireland.Responsibilities: * Develop and Implement QA Processes Establish and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes for all stages of the data centre project, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. * Oversee Quality Control Inspections Lead regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards. * Coordinate with Project Teams Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are understood, maintained, and integrated throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions Identify any non-conformities or quality issues, take corrective actions, and ensure that effective solutions are implemented to maintain project quality standards. * Quality Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all quality assurance activities, inspections, test results, and non-conformances, providing regular progress reports to senior management. * Training & Development Provide ongoing quality assurance training to team members and contractors, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.RequirementsMinimum of 5+ Years' experience in a similar role within a construction environment.Must be situated within commutable distance of site in Dublin.Data Centre experience is preferred.Benefits€100,000 - €110,000 + Benefits
