Job Title: Accounting Technician
This part-time position is ideal for an experienced accounting professional seeking a balanced work-life schedule. The role involves 22 hours of work per week, Monday to Thursday (9am-2:30pm) in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll management, including wages, bonuses, and Enhanced Reporting expenses
* Pension administration and reporting
* Direct Debit processing and management of payment files
* Inbound customer payments, accounts, and debtor ledger control
* Supplier invoices nominal allocation
* Outbound supplier payments, accounts, and creditor ledger control
* Accounts and book-keeping maintenance
* Bank account reconciliation
* Detailed weekly bank reports
* VAT and revenue management
