Location: Onsite in Castlebar, Co. Mayo
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You Will Be Doing

Actively quote, promote, and secure new business across a variety of personal lines products (Motor, Home, Farm, Van, Health, and Marine).
Efficiently manage and process policy queries, mid-term adjustments, and updates.
Oversee the annual renewal process to guarantee high client retention and satisfaction.
Manage daily administrative tasks and documentation related to personal lines accounts.
Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Strictly adhere to all industry regulatory guidelines (CBI, CPC, GDPR, and internal policies).

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Experience: Proven experience and solid working knowledge within a personal lines insurance environment.
Qualifications: APA qualified (or actively working towards completing this qualification) is highly advantageous.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
