IT Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our organization's digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, managing day-to-day IT operations, and driving innovation across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the IT environment, including infrastructure, software, licenses, and access.
* Oversee system stability, backups, security, and compliance.
* Maintain and optimize tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM, and finance platforms.
* Lead the ERP journey, contributing to system evaluation and selection, implementing change management, and ensuring smooth data migration.
* Provide responsive and hands-on IT support across the business.
* Implement cybersecurity controls and secure IT systems.
* Drive integration and efficiency, identifying and implementing smart integrations and automations.
* Manage vendors and budgets, evaluating contracts and licenses for value and flexibility.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in IT roles with progressive responsibility.
* ERP or business system implementation experience (hands-on or support).
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, CRM, and cloud platforms.
* Working knowledge of cybersecurity, licensing, and vendor management.
