Job Title: Project Engineering - Project Lead Planet Care

Project Engineering – Project Lead Planet Care - Carbon Reduction program Heat Pump Installation & CUB Extension. €10m
The experienced Project Lead will have an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary engineering team to plan and deliver a multi-million Euro project on site, delivering on significant energy and carbon reduction targets.
We are looking for an experienced individual who has delivered on significant projects within a highly regulated environment. Ideally, the candidate will also have education/work experience and aspirations to develop clear skills and competences around dealing with a live pharmaceutical production environment. The capital projects team is best in class in the execution of projects safely.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver on Heat pump Central Utilities building and utilities upgrade.
2. Perform procurement, acceptance of equipment & associated infrastructure on behalf of Sanofi and report regularly on project status throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety codes, practices, approved project KPIs, performance standards, and specifications are maintained.
4. Liaise with external and internal customers, suppliers, and vendors to define and deliver right first-time project deployment.
5. Support other project participants to overcome obstacles when they present themselves.
6. Responsible for delivering performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality adherence.

Essential Requirements:
1. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or equivalent Engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a project management role.
3. Detailed knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
4. Exemplary communication, dedication, and keen focus on delivering key success factors within the role.
5. Masters an advantage.
