You will be responsible for optimizing internal processes, managing technical teams, and working closely with stakeholders to maintain and enhance high standards of service.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the day-to-day technical operations of the company, ensuring efficient delivery of managed IT services and project implementations.Act as a technical escalation point for complex IT issues and major incidents.Oversee IT projects, including cloud migrations, VPN integrations, network upgrades, and office relocations.Maintain and improve internal and client infrastructure, including cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365), networking, and security.Mentor and support technical staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.What Skills You NeedDegree in Computer Science or a related field.More than 5 years' experience supervising technical support teams in a Managed Service Provider.Strong background in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure environments, including user management, security, and cost optimization.Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Server administration, and Active Directory (on-prem & hybrid).Solid networking knowledge including firewalls (SonicWALL or similar), VPN configuration, routing/switching, and secure connectivity .Proficiency with cloud migration tools and processes (e.g., BitTitan MigrationWiz, SharePoint/Exchange migrations).Experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices : endpoint security, threat monitoring, identity protection, and incident response.Practical knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and infrastructure optimization.Proven ability to lead technical teams, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering IT infrastructure projects (cloud migrations, office relocations, network upgrades) on time and within budget.Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.What's on OfferSalary €70-80K per year + bonusHybrid work model.Annual Bonus.Company pension.Private medical Insurance.Company events.On-site parking.Gym membership (On site).To find out more please click Apply now or contact Michael Magee at Sigmar Recruitment
