Operations Manager - Housing Developments
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our housing developments. This is a key role that will be responsible for overseeing the operational readiness of new developments, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and meet the needs of our residents.
* Mobilisation Planning & Project Management: Develop and coordinate detailed mobilisation plans covering all workstreams, including pre and post construction handover to tenant move-in and operational stabilisation.
* Cross-Functional Input: Coordinate cross-functional input from internal departments (tenancy management, development team, property services) and external stakeholders (developers, contractors).
* Milestone Management: Set and monitor milestones, risks, and progress to ensure timely delivery of all mobilisation components.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management or operations within a similar context. They will possess strong leadership skills as well as excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
A degree in project management or related field would be desirable but not essential,
a PRINCE2 certification is also welcomed along with other qualifications relevant
to this position such as PMP etc...
Additionally any prior experience dealing with building commissionsing services setup would serve you well here!
