Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled chef to assist in the daily running of our kitchen and back of house areas.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment, knowledge of food safety procedures, and fluency in written and spoken English.
* Assist with food preparation and presentation
* Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
* Monitor inventory levels
* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation and presentation
* Ensure food is prepared to a high standard and presented accordingly
* Maintain accurate inventory records
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent guest satisfaction
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience as a chef in a commercial kitchen
* Knowledge of HACCP procedures
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Ability to work under pressure as part of a team
