The Technology Partnerships Lead is a senior, relationship-first role responsible for owning and developing deep strategic partnerships with a targeted global technology companies, with a focus on Microsoft, Google and Cisco/Splunk. Throughout, we aim to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience, keeping you informed at each stage.Responsibilities:Develop and own senior, trust-based relationships with Microsoft, Google and Splunk.Act as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact for strategic partner relationships.Engage confidently with senior partner stakeholders, including field leadership, partner teams and strategic decision-makers.Identify and progress joint commercial opportunities.Influence co-selling activity and pipeline acceleration in collaboration with internal sales teams.Apply strong commercial judgement to prioritise partner activity that delivers measurable business impact.A self-starter you will navigate complex partner ecosystems and influence outcomes.Ensure alignment between partner strategy and the company's technology, services and market positioning.Provide insight and guidance to internal stakeholders on partner opportunities, risks and strategic considerations.Represent the company at senior partner meetings, briefings and selected industry events where appropriate.Key Skills and Qualifications / Experience:Senior experience in strategic partnerships, alliances or commercial roles within technology or cybersecurity.Strong experience working with Microsoft, Google or Cisco is highly desirable.Proven ability to build and maintain senior, long-term relationships with global technology companies.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, shape and influence joint opportunities.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex partner ecosystems.Comfortable influencing outcomes with minimum oversight or formal partner motions.Proactive, self-starting and confident operating with a high degree of autonomy.Excellent communication, judgement and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have:Background in OEM field sales, overlay roles, alliances or services-led partnership positions.Experience supporting co-selling motions or partner-influenced pipeline activity.Familiarity with partner programmes, certifications and portals (useful but not essential).Experience representing an organisation in senior partner forums or executive briefings.Benefits:Pension and Health Insurance dependant on location.Flexible and hybrid working.Diversity & Inclusion Mission StatementAt Smarttech247, our mission is to keep our customers secure.
