Program Director for Youth
This leadership position is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating summer children's programs in a museum setting.
* Lead the planning and execution of engaging educational experiences for children aged 5-10.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing the needs of both staff members and program participants. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in youth education settings and possess knowledge about best practices in programming that promote learning through play. This role also involves some basic first aid training which must be kept up-to-date throughout the duration of employment.
