Production Manager – Food Manufacturing operation - North Dublin
This very successful food manufacturing operation who an excellent employer that are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join the Management team. The role will see you taking ownership over the full manufacturing site.
The operating hours for the role are Monday to Friday day shift, with the rare occasion for time outside of these hours if the business needs it.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the production for the site in line with business goals, through managing the strong team of about 100 head count.
Develop production plans for the manufacturing lines to accommodate required production needs.
Work with the team for training, development and motivation
Oversee the line change over processes.
Work with Management to complete project planning, preparing of budgets and developing production schedules.
Strong on problem solving on people development and production efficiency through strong data analysis and observation.
Drive all Quality and H&S procedures as required.
Required experience
Experience in a food manufacturing operation in a management role is essential, at least 3 years.
Knowledge of HACCP and BRC processes and standards are essential.
Experience with Training and Development people is essential.
Strong ability to communicate is essential.
