Job Description
As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing lean and six sigma principles to drive process improvements within a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program. Your expertise will be utilized to manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with customer requirements. You will work closely with the Quality and Technical Manager to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address these opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects within WCM program, adhering to lean and six sigma methodologies
• Implement product and process changes to meet customer specifications and quality management system (QMS) standards
• Perform root-cause analysis using process and test data to implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvements through risk management and process-based approach to quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
A degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or Industrial Chemistry is required. Additionally, high-level PC skills and knowledge of MS Package, Minitab, etc. are essential. Desirable skills include knowledge of pFMEA, 8D, DMAIC & Kaizen processes, as well as experience in auditing and IATF core tools.
