Supervisor: Program Director
Position Purpose
The Manager is responsible for program policy development and implementation, providing rehabilitation services to clients, and supervising staff.
Summary of Responsibilities
1. Oversee comprehensive services through on-site and off-site programs, including assessment, case management, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.
2. Prepare patient records for internal and external audits.
3. Monitor documentation completion such as treatment plans and progress notes.
4. Submit treatment plans for authorizations and maintain charts.
5. Teach community skills including ADLs and train new employees.
6. Develop, implement, and adhere to program policies.
7. Maintain professional skills through annual training.
8. Support the mission, philosophy, and policies of Key Point.
9. Perform other duties as needed to achieve program goals.
10. Perform supervisory roles as assigned by the Program Director.
11. Handle administrative tasks and clinical supervision of staff.
Supervision and Coordination
The RRP Manager reports to the Program Director and collaborates with other professionals and external agencies, adhering to ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience or education related to the target population.
* Knowledge of DSM and common diagnoses within RRP programs.
* Proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, advocacy, and case management.
* Effective written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.
* Sensitivity to culturally diverse and/or special needs populations, maintaining confidentiality.
Education and Experience
* A master's in vocational rehab counseling with CRCC or a bachelor's degree with CPRP, or actively pursuing CPRP certification.
* Experience may substitute for education if CPRP is obtained or in progress.
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear; frequently sit, climb stairs, balance, taste, smell; occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment
Primarily office setting; may work in clients' homes. No exposure to extreme temperatures or noise. Repetitive computer use expected.
Travel
Local travel between office, residences, and community settings is required.
