Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare quarterly international tax provisions and ensure accurate and timely filing.

* Coordinate with external tax providers to support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.

* Maintain internal controls and tax-related process documentation.

Candidate Profile:

* Post-qualification tax experience of 3–5 years, preferably in a multinational or US-based company.

* A strong understanding of international tax, R&D credits, and transfer pricing.

* Familiarity with SOX and financial reporting standards.
